About Us

ROCCO’S LITTLE ITALY, PORTSMOUTH

We’re thrilled to introduce ourselves as the new owners of Rocco’s Little Italy in Portsmouth, RI. As lifelong Aquidneck Island residents with our two sons, Nico and Nolan. We’re grateful for this opportunity.

Rand has built a career in hospitality, guiding acclaimed Rhode Island restaurants such as Capriccio, Café Nuovo, Chandler Hotel, Newport Restaurant Group, and Eleven 49. He has also taught Hospitality at Johnson & Wales University.

Prior to entering into hospitality, Rand served in our country’s military. He is a proud veteran of the United States Navy based out of Newport, RI.

Heather began her career in hospitality before transitioning to nursing. She is currently a Registered Nurse at Charlton Memorial Hospital in Fall River, MA.

With our rich backgrounds in the industry, we’re excited to open our doors and serve our community through this beloved restaurant.
